Cycling has always been a big part of the London Festival of Architecture - it's sustainable, it's fun and it's a great way to explore the nooks and crannies of the city. To start the Festival in a cycling spirit LFA have teamed up with the Smithfield Nocturne (19 June), which will include an Architect's race. Cycling tours continue and this year LFA have partnered with Sky to get Londoner’s on their bicycles with a host of guided tours across the city. There are over 20 of these LFA Sky Rides taking place during the festival, led by some of the country’s most respected architects and cultural commentators. In addition to all the LFA cycling activities the official LFA Walks return with a focus on Nash Ramblas, High Street 2012, and Bankside Urban Forest. There also a whole host of other walks and tours including audio described tours, tours for dogs, treasure hunts and even tours on your iPhone.
